SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Cantina San Martino in Rio delivers its products throughout Italy by express courier.
Shipping costs 15 € and deliveries are made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
From the moment the package is dispatched you will receive an email from our Cantina with information about the tracking code and shipping status. It is not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been placed: we therefore ask you to check the contact details entered at the time of order.
We do not ship outside of Italy.
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
You can request a product replacement or refund, subject to the details of a bank or postal account.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer.

Returned Products must be intact, in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment) with appropriate outer packaging carefully sealed to ensure their integrity during transport.
All Products must arrive in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; it is not allowed to send the Products in any other way.
Cantina San Martino in Rio will accept the returned products reserving the right to verify that they have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; only in this case will it provide for the replacement or refund of the purchase costs.
