In addition to the classic Lambrusco, we produce and commercialize color correction products such as

  • Musts
  • Concentrated Musts with high coloring intensity

Moreover, for several years we have been investing in the implementation of new production processes aimed at differentiating our offer, in order to reach markets such as juice and canned food. This last result has been possible especially after obtaining musts without added sulfites SO2 Free.

WINE SECTOR

Red and very red grape Must

  • Desulphurized: obtained from Ancellotta and Lambrusco grapes
  • Concentrates: obtained from Ancellotta and Lambrusco grapes

Possibility of aseptic drumming in containers:

  • Ibc 1000 liters
  • Drums 220 liters
  • Pails of 5 and 30 liters

Red and very red wines

  • Desulphurized Reddish of handmaiden IC 30-40
  • Red wines with different coloring intensities obtained from members' red grapes

Lambrusco

  • Lambruschi DOC from grapes of the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena
  • Lambruschi Emilia Igp rosé, red and vinified in white

TECHNOLOGIES / INSTALLATIONS

Foam gripping plant with autoclaves and tangential filtration for the supply of sparkling wines and sparkling wines produced according to customer specifications ready to be bottled, loaded in isobar tank in inert nitrogen atmosphere.

FOOD SECTOR

  • NCF must or juice without sulphur dioxide, obtained by thermovinification of red grapes
